23 Oct Over 100 families Affected by Weekend Storm in CdeO and MisOr

In an article posted by Bombo Radyo Cagayan de Oro, nearly hundreds of families in some parts of Cagayan de Oro City and Misamis Oriental were affected by big waves and strong winds brought by Typhoon Paolo last Saturday, October 21.
Areas affected by the storm over the weekend were GIngoog, Magsaysay, Medina, Jasaan, and Villanueva.
PDRRMC Head, Sotsot Dy Jr. said that there were no residents who died or were injured before and after the storm’s visit.
MDRRMO-Villanueva Head Norman Ricacho said that residences whose properties were devastated were initially given relief goods while still awaiting financial assistance.
Furthermore, the CDRRMD Head Allan Porcadilla reminded the public to stay safe especially during the occurrence of bad weather conditions.
