3 Arrested While 2 Minors Rescued In Cybersex Operation In Iligan

3 Arrested While 2 Minors Rescued In Cybersex Operation In Iligan

In an article posted by Bombo Radyo Cagayan de Oro, three suspects (allegedly operating an online cybersex den), were arrested in in Purok Bautista, Barangay Tubod, Iligan City.

The rescue operation, a collaboration of Iligan City Police Office, City Social Welfare and Development Office and International Justice Mission, was made possible and were able to save two minors in the process.

The suspects were identified as Angelo Villaver, 27; Jezel Rible, 26; and Angelita Ontolan, 50 who are residents of the same place.

Further, it was discovered that the suspects also had a six-year-old and a two-year-old girl as victims of their illegal activities.

The authorities recovered three cellphones, an LG monitor,  western digital system unit, intex mouse, DSL line, internet switch and three speakers.

The suspects denied the accusations, however, they will be facing various charges such as  Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act of 2003.
