16 Feb 3 Dead in Motorcycle Accident at Brgy. Carmen

In a road accident, 3 individuals were dead after a motorcycle crashed into a truck at Vamenta Boulevard, Barangay Carmen, Cagayan de Oro on February 15, Wednesday night.
According to a report from Bombo Radyo, the victims were identified by policemen of Carmen Police Station 4 as Joseph Niko Obensa, Reynante Operario and Jason Operario who are all residents here in the city.
The other victim identified as Jopeth Ancheta is currently confined at JR-Borja Memorial City Hospital as he sustained some wounds and bruises in his body.
Traffic investigator of Carmen Police Station, PO2 Bernard Delote said that the victims are under the influence of alcohol which caused the accident.
Delote has also said that the motorcycle did run fast as long skid marks were found in the accident area.
Meanwhile, the truck driver identified as Richard Homreso is currently detained at the Maharlika Detention Center and will be facing charges for reckless imprudence resulting to multiple homicide, physical injuries and damage to properties.
