27 Apr 5 Star Geriatric Hotel To Rise In Lumbia, Cagayan de Oro City

Along with the proposed International Cagayan de Oro Hospital and a to-be-revealed mall, 5 Star Geriatric Hotel is included in the development of a complex project which will rise in Lumbia, Cagayan de Oro.

The said hotel is expected to have 120 standard rooms, 60 suite rooms, 15 deluxe rooms, a ballroom that could accommodate 250 persons, 7 board rooms, roof bar, open area and indoor swimming pool, restaurants, Turkish bath – sauna, spa center, fitness center and a night club.

This construction still to be funded by a Turkish philanthropist.
