06 Dec Cagayan de Oro Team Triumphs On The 1st Davao International Dragon Boat Festival
Mga higala! CGY ORO DRAGONS, the first DRAGON BOAT TEAM in Cagayan de Oro City has won various awards in the recent Davao International Dragon Boat Festival with their amazing skills and impeccable teamwork!
The dragon boat festival was conducted last December 1 at the Davao Boat and Leisure Club on Lanang, Davao City.
22 teams from all over the country, including groups from the Philippine Air Force and Army, participated in the race and accomplished challenges that made the event more memorable.
CGY Oro Dragons won as the Champion for the 200-meter Mixed Standard Final boat race, as the 2nd Runner-Up in the 200-meter Women Small Boat, and as the 3rd Runner-Up in the major finals of the 200-meter Open Small Boat Race.
