In an article posted by Sunstar.com, the Cagayan de Oro City Government, City Administrations Office, Roads and Traffic Administration (RTA), and the City Economic Enterprises Department (CEED) allowed vendors to display their items on the streets starting today, December 18 until December 31 from 7:00 PM until dawn.

The vendors will be permitted along Osmeña Street up until Ramon Chavez Street and will be limited at Antonio Luna St. After dawn, the whole area must be cleared.

Furthermore, vendors who want to sell during holidays must send their application to CEED office for screening process and the office will only entertain individual applications, not by group.

Chairman of Hapsay Dalan Task Force Lawyer Edgardo Uy warned the sellers to follow rules and avoid losing this opportunity. They will be excluded from the list of allowed vendors and their items will be confiscated by RTA personnel in case of any violations.
