08 Sep Secondary Schools in CdeO Compete for National Basketball Competition

In an article posted by Cagayan de Oro Philippines Facebook Page, several secondary schools in Cagayan de Oro City are now competing to get to the top positions to be able to compete to the 2017 Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas 3×3 15-Under: Pambansang Tatluhan National Finals to be held in Manila on October 21- 22, 2017.
During the recently held final competition in the city, Jolim Team of Corpus Christi School emerged as the champion for men’s category followed by Salay Team and Bukidnon Team A on second and third places respectively.
In the distaff side, Cavaliers Team from Misamis Oriental General Comprehensive High School (MOGCHS) brought home the championship trophy. Meanwhile, MOGCHS’BBG Team landed on second place while Indahag Skyhawks on third place.
Led by the SBP-Affiliate Cagayan de Oro Federation with the collaboration of the City Government, there are different teams in Region 10 and CARAGA Region who took part in the Regional Finals.
