Airline giant, Cebu Pacific, launched its program allowing recovering soldiers, who were injured and wounded on the battlegrounds of Marawi City, to be airlifted for free towards their respective provincial units.

In an article from Manilatimes.com, Cebu Pacific Communications Director Charo Logarta said that there are 11 wounded soldiers bound to Cagayan de Oro, Tacloban, Pagadian, and Cotabato from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) who took the first flight intended for the program.

Logarta added that the airline company is still accommodating wounded soldiers who physically capable to travel by air from Laguindingan Airport and Manila to any of its 37 domestic destinations.
