03 Jul CdeO city government holds first ever Environmental Expo

In a post from Cagayan de Oro City Official Facebook Page, the city government of Cagayan de Oro City held its very first Environmental Expo which lasted from June 30 to July 1 at Centrio Ayala Mall.
With the theme, “Green is Gold”, the two-day activity was in line with the celebration of the Environment Month and was made possible through the efforts of the City Local Environment and Natural Resources Office (CLENRO) with the coordination of JCI and Environment Management Bureau 10.
The activities in the event included Poster Making Contest, Quiz Bee, Eco Fashion Walk, One Earth Mangrove, and City Band live Concert.
The opening of the program was graced by the presence of a few prominent local personalities like Councilor Zaldy Ocon, Councilor Jay Pascual, Clenro Chief Edwin Dael and EMB Regional Director Sabdullah Abubacar.
