It’s going to be a busy Tuesday next week as it would be a day of the “Translacion Of The Black Nazarene”.
Every year of January 9, thousands of devotees across Northern Mindanao travel to Cagayan de Oro City to witness and join the Translacion of the Black Nazarene.
Black Nazarene along with the Santo Niño is the most popular object of devotion here in the Philippines.
Devotees during the translacion or transfer tend to climb over each other to kiss, touch or rub towels to the image believing in the miracle it brings.
With the upcoming Translacion of the Black Nazarene, City Government of CDO released route for the Black Nazarene Procession.
