14 Feb City Hall Sets Shirt Color Gimmick for Valentine’s Day
Today, February 14, Cagayan de Oro’s City hall will be an ocean of colors as Administrator Teddy Sabugaa and DILG issued a “Valentine’s Day color code” for their officers and employees.
Below is the implemented color code:

“Sa Valentine’s, we have issued a directive to wear their pag-ibig (love) status, just for this day. Let us take a break from the work, from the stress that was brought by the typhoon preparations,” Sabuga-a stated.
