Mga higala! The City Health Office has awarded Kagay-anon Restaurant, Minindal Cuisine, and Cucina Higala as the Top 3 Best Restaurants in Cagayan de Oro for the year 2018. These establishments were chosen from all the restaurants in the city in terms of cleanliness and sanitation, proper food handling, and customer satisfaction.
The award was given by Acting City Administrator Teddy Sabuga-a Jr. and Assistant City Health Officer Dra. Rachel Dilla during yesterday’s flag-raising ceremony at the City Hall, September 3, 2018. Check out the photos below:

Minindal Cuisine, located at Tiano-San Agustin Streets, near Gaston Park.
Cucina Higala, located along Capistrano Street (Thai Me Up).
