21 Jan DILG Recognizes Cagayan de Oro With ‘Outstanding City Council Award’ For Northern Mindanao
Mga higala! The CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY COUNCIL has been commended with the Outstanding Sangguniang Panglungsod (City Council) Award in Northern Mindanao, for the 2018 Local Legislative Award — Regional Level Assessment of the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG).
Due to this, DILG-Northern Mindanao has already endorsed CDO’s City Council to the Local Legislative Award (LLA) and will try its luck in the national level.
“I hope that this award will inspire you more, and perhaps motivate other Sanggunians to produce significant legislation that will bring positive impact in the lives of their constituents,” said Agabe, and PCL-Northern Mindanao president lawyer Oliver Owen L. Garcia, in their congratulatory message to Vice Mayor Kikang Uy.
