31 Aug Discounted Montierra townhouses Extended until September 8, 2016!
Johndorf Ventures Corporation (JVC) developed the Montierra houses located in the uptown area of Cagayan de Oro City. In celebration of the Higalaay Festival to honor Cagayan de Oro patron St. Augustine, all townhouse units are still discounted until September 8, 2016.
Marco Bette, Marketing Associate said during their celebration of Higalaay Festival event at their construction site in Upper Balulang that discounts will be given automatically to customers who already paid for the reservation fee that costs P15,000.
Customers who wanted to avail discounts should now book for reservations as the offer only last until September 8, 2016.
Bette also announced that discounts worth P50,000 plus free partitions for two-three bedroom townhouses and P2,500 worth of gift certificates from Circa 1850 restaurant (located at Centrio Mall) will be received by the customers completely.
Available houses are the two-storey townhouses with floor areas of 64 square meters and single attached with a minimum lot area of 78 square meters.
