05 Jan Dogs in Xavier Heights Subdivision Intentionally Get Poisoned

According to some of the residents of Xavier Heights Subdivision in Cagayan de Oro, what they thought as intentional poisoning of dogs in their area is alarming, with two of their dogs found dead and one which is currently missing.
As said by one of the dog owners, they noticed that their dog was acting sluggish until it died. A piece of bread with blue powder was found outside their house.
Similar pieces of bread were also found at nearby streets.
There’s a possibility that this is related to theft and hatred towards dogs, said SPO3 Allan Cosmo.
