18 May DENR employee found dead inside a spa in CDeO

From Bombo Radyo news article, a Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) employee was found dead inside Althea Beauty Ethics Spa and Thai Body Massage Clinic last May 15, 2107.
The victim was identified as Reynaldo Tubac from Barangay Lapasan. His son-Ryan Carl Tubac stated that they cannot accept the sudden death of their father.
It was found out that the victim endured reddish skin and some boils in his body and he is also suffering high blood illness.
According to reports, the victim was brought to the hospital last Holy Week due to a seizure.
