A three-day fitness activity was conducted in Limketkai Luxe Hotel- Wellness and Recreation Center from September 6, 7 and 8, 2017 with participants composed of fitness coaches, gym owners, nutrition club owners and other fitness enthusiasts.
The three-day Functional Training Essentials is a workshop which promotes to increase awareness and improve motor skills by constantly moving and shaking their bodies. The activity is also a part of Limketkai Luxe Hotel’s Corporate Social Responsibility to support health and wellness activities in all forms with the use of its Wellness and Recreation Center’ state-of-the-art equipment.
Fit and Player Founder Archimedes “Archie” Nellas served as the presenter at the event who said that in order to achieve a fit and healthy body and to have a flourishing life, you have to keep moving every single day.
According to him, the three anatomical movements of our body are more inclined to specific sports conditioning which we need to do to prevent obesity from setting in.
It is also highlighted on the first day of the activity the Advantages and Disadvantages of Dysfunctional and Traditional Training.
