On the first day of Kumbira 2015 organized by COHARA, Kagay-anons and foreign tourists witnessed the Buffet Table Setting with Menu Folder, Noche Buena Platter, Artistic Bread Showpiece, Pineapple Dessert, Junior Pastry and Dessert, Latte Art Competition and Creative Cake Decorating.

There were also culinary trade exhibits occupying booths showcasing products, utensils, supplies and equipments on display. Some of the people who visited at the venue, Limketkai Center Atrium came for seminars about food, beverage, and hospitality services being given by some of the recognized national and international hotel administrators, chefs, and baristas.

August 13, 2015 was the second day of Kumbira 2015 with events such as Chef Wars, Dessert Buffet, Sugba de Oro Platter with Condiments, Plated Dessert, Salads and Sandwiches, Flair Bartending Tandem, and Nestle Professional Mixology Challenge. Ajinomoto Umami Culinary Challenge also happened on that day with its great number of participants.
