It currently houses stores that are recognized internationally and nationally, locally owned boutique shops, fine dining restaurants and fastfood chains, with two large supermarkets, a department store, a hyper market and facilities for theatres, entertainment, karaoke, day care centers, clinics and spas. It also has a large atrium hall that can accommodate 4,500 individuals where national conventions, concerts and other events are being hosted annually.

In the early 2000s, what was the 1-level open air mall was converted into a 2-level fully air-conditioned mall. Then expansions were made including the East Concourse and East Annex building where high-end fashion and lifestyle shops can be found, and Shopwise as well.

Connecting the East Concourse to the South Concourse is the Green Lane which surrounds the Atrium. With the glass-clad promenade which is lined with trees and plants built directly above the South Promenade, targeted to be turned into an upscale greenbelt corner. Also, connecting the mall to other areas of the complex such as the Limketkai Luxe Hotel and gateway Tower is the Limketkai Skywalk. Once the expansion is finished, more high-end shops, restaurants and additional two cinemas will be opened. Currently, a two-storey carpark building is being constructed fronting Robinsons Cagayan de Oro.
