A 21-year-old resident from Opol was arrested after allegedly raping his 3 younger sisters in Opol, Misamis Oriental last May 9, 2017.
In an article from ABS-CBN News, the suspect identified as “Miguel” had been allegedly raping his siblings every time their parents were not at home. The suspect was arrested after his 11-years old sister finally reported the incident to the Woman and Children Protection Desk of Opol Police.
“Miguel”, a porn addict, was always under the influence of alcohol every time he abuses his three sisters.
The suspect is facing charges of violating the Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act (RA 7610).
On the other hand, the victims will be undergoing medical check-ups in relation to the incident.
