28 Jun MILF hopes to hasten BBL date of final submission

The Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) have high hopes that the final date for the Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL) submission will not take longer than July 10.
In an article from davaotoday.com, since the Bangsamoro Transition Commission (BTC) was not able to submit the BBL last June 1, they have opted for June 14 or June 15 to be the dates for submission. However, according to the MILF, both BTC and the Office of the President (OP) have not decided yet on which dates to choose.
Being the deciding party, the OP suggested June 28 for the final date of submission along with other mentioned days, June 16, 22, and 24.
According to the President during his visit to the wounded soldiers in Cagayan de Oro City last June 20 that the BBL is ready for submission and said that he was supposed to sign it in a meeting with Muslim leaders last June 27.
BTC Chair and MILF Vice Chairman Ghazali Jaafar said that the new BBL draft will include some contents from the previous draft like the provisions that there will be a separate Bangsamoro police force unque from the Philippine National Police (PNP).
