12 Oct MisOr Weather Specialist Officer Arrested In Entrapment Operation In CdeO

In an article posted by Bombo Radyo Cagayan de Oro, a weather specialist officer was arrested after using illegal drugs inside an inn in Cagayan de Oro City yesterday, October 11.
According to City Drug Enforcement Unit (CEDU) Investigator, SPO3 Jigger Rojo, the suspect was Vergil Lago, the Weather Monitoring Head of Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council (PDDRMC) Misamis Oriental.
During the entrapment operation, authorities recovered 36 grams of shabu and other drug paraphernalias from Lago.
The suspect is now detained at Maharlika Detention Center while awaiting the case to be filed against him.
