12 Jan Missing Teenage Girl in Gingoog was found dead
A teenage girl who went missing for days was found dead and was suspected to be raped by an unknown suspect before being killed last week at Barangay Lunao, Gingoog, Misamis Oriental.
According to a report from Sun.Star Superbalita, Juliet (name withheld), 17 years old, is a resident of the said place who went missing last December 31, 2016.
The family mourned and were stunned by the news.
Her family kept on searching for her when she got missing, Police Officer 3 Ronaldo Hiro-o of Gingoog Police Station said.
Five days later when the victim went missing, her dead body was found in a grassy area.
It was said that the body is already decaying, it was believed that she was stabbed and was hit by a hard object.
Upon investigating her remains, she was stabbed and an evidence found that she was raped as she was profaned in her private areas and that her underwear is nowhere to be seen.
Meanwhile, the police have identified the suspects and are now in pursuit.
