08 May NPA tortured and killed a ‘habal-habal’ driver in Bukidnon

From Bombo Radyo news article, in Sitio Halapitan San Fernando, Bukidnon, a “habal-habal” driver was tortured and killed.
According to a report of 8th IB Civil Military Officer 1st Lt. Erwin Bugarin, the victim was identified as Aldrich Luther Agbayani, 19 years old, single and a citizen in the area.
The victim was killed by the indicated members of the New People’s Army (NPA) in Bukidnon.
It was found out that the body of the victim was full of bruises, they believed that the rebels dragged the suspect from the foot of the forest where they threw his body.
The victim died due to severe torture and the bruises all over his body while a rope was tied around his neck.
Citizens revealed that the rebels tried to extort and threatened them.
