23 Dec Online tax payment system will be available in Jan 2017
No more hustle for those taxpayers who have experienced the long lines in paying tax as the city government of Cagayan de Oro City will launch on January 2017 the online tax payment and billing system.
Through the City Treasurer’s Office (CTO) this innovation can be accessed through the city’s official website www.cagayandeoro.gov.ph
According to the CTO Chief Engr. Leonil Mistula, the innovation will give ease to taxpayers when applying and paying for their business permits, renewals or new application, including payment of real property tax and others such as building fees, traffic violation, and market stall rental.
Taxpayers can also personally view and even print their tax billing as the system is capable of processing real-time online tax assessment, anytime, anywhere as long as internet connection is available.
The processing center starts in full operation on January 3, 2017.
