27 Oct Parking Boy Arrested For Statutory Rape

Chief Police of Macasandig Police Station, Sr/Insp Abdul Sumdandar, claimed that many people witnessed a rape incident wherein the accused was identified as a certain Roniel Cabaniez (31 years old), a resident from Calaanan, Brgy Canitoan, Cagayan de Oro City.
In an article from bomboradyo.com, it was revealed that Cabaniez, who was working as parking boy, allegedly raped a nine-year old girl at Barangay Macasandig. At that time, the girl was with her mother collecting empty bottles to make a living.
Cabaniez denied the allegation and said that the mother of the girl was lying. Despite that, he will still be awaiting rape charges within this week.
