21 Jan RTA Conducts Surprise Night Operations On Cagayan de Oro Highways
Mga higala! SURPRISE NIGHT OPERATIONS were recently conducted by the Roads and Traffic Administration (RTA) on the highways of Cagayan de Oro, against out-of-line jeepneys, tri-cabs, and motorelas.
As we all know, some drivers usually tend to violate more traffic rules during the night, especially when they think that there are no RTA officers around to catch them.
A number of drivers were caught by traffic enforcers and violation tickets were issued to others. See photos below:
