Mga higala! The 1-month-old baby of a 21-year-old mother in Ampana, Brgy. Macanhan, Cagayan de Oro City is now badly in need of financial help!
The said baby is suffering from cystic hygroma, a sac-like structure with a thin wall, that’s now getting bigger on his/her back.
