121st. 28-year-old male LSI, resident of Brgy. Carmen
- from Quezon City, worked there as a construction worker for 15 months
- had close contact with his partner and child, the 93rd and 94th COVID-19 case in CDO
- arrived in CDO on July 15 via sea travel
- placed in a city isolation unit
- transferred to a temporary treatment and monitoring facility (TTMF)
