24 Aug 11 Health Workers From Region 10 Volunteer To Help Fight COVID-19 In NCR #WarriorsWithaHeart
Mga higala! To help in the lack of frontliners in the National Capital Region (NCR), 11 health workers from the Department of Health-Center for Health Development (DOH-CHD) of Northern Mindanao, have volunteered to be sent to help in the fight against COVID-19!
Dubbed as “Warriors with a Heart”, the said health workers are composed of 1 doctor, 7 nurses, and 3 medical technologists. They traveled to NCR last weekend.
According to Regional Director Dr. Adriano Suba-an, the health workers will assist at the East Avenue Medical Center (EAMC) in Quezon City, for a month.
