8 of these are local cases, 2 are locally stranded individuals (LSIs), and 1 is a returning overseas Filipino (ROF).

• from the Middle East

• transferred to a TTMF

510th. 21-year-old female, LSI

• from Quezon City
• placed in a city isolation unit
• for transfer to a TTMF

511th. 23-year-old male, local case, resident of Brgy. Carmen

• an IT specialist
• has a history of travel to Binuangan, Balingoan
• intercepted upon entry at Camiguin
• tested positive via RDT on September 8
• sent back to CDO, placed in an isolation unit
• swab test came back positive on September 17

• a healthcare worker
• works for the DOH, assigned at the port

• experienced loss of sense of smell, body malaise, headache, and itchy throat

• had LBM
• swab test came back positive on September 16
• now at a TTMF
• 10 close contacts identified and isolated

• exposed to CDO’s 424th case (expired)
• husband of the 514th case
• placed in an isolation unit upon swab test confirmation of #424

514th. 59-year-old female, local case, resident of Brgy. Bulua

• exposed to CDO’s 424th case (expired)
• wife of the 513th case
• placed in an isolation unit upon swab test confirmation of #424

515th. 39-year-old female, local case

• had a cough and fever

• exposed to CDO’s case #462
• last day of work: September 10
• experienced colds
• underwent a home quarantine
• transferred to an accommodation facility, swab tested

• 23 workplace contacts for risk assessment, advised for home quarantine

• had a sore throat, cough, and shortness of breath on September 13
