Mga higala! 12 new positive COVID-19 cases have been reported today, September 11, 2020, in Cagayan de Oro City!

11 of these are local cases: 4 are close contacts of previous local cases, 4 are index cases, and 3 are local Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APOR). Only 1 is a returning overseas Filipino (ROF).

  • a healthcare worker

  • related to the 310th and 414th case

  • had a fever and cough on September 8
  • checked up and swabbed at the NMMC on September 9

435th. 32-year-female, local/APOR, resident of Brgy. Lumbia

  • has a fever, chills, and cough

438th. 53-year-old male, local case, resident of a gated community in Brgy. Lumbia

  • close contact of CDO’s 420th case
  • went to the house of #420 on August 29
  • had a fever on September 1
  • experienced loose bowel movement (LBM)
  • had a consultation in a private hospital on September 8
  • admitted and swabbed in the said hospital
  • results came back positive on September 10

  • went back to Butuan
