04 May 181 Persons Traced For Possible Exposure To COVID-19 Patient From Brgy. Lumbia
Mga higala! The city’s health personnel have traced a total of 181 individuals who may have had a possible exposure or close-contact with the 21-year-old COVID-19 patient from Brgy. Lumbia!
In today’s press conference, Dr. Joselito Retuya said that the following is the breakdown of persons recorded in their contact tracing:
- 91 healthcare workers from the NMMC
- 40 private hospital employees, including 7 doctors
- 35 rescuers who responded to the patient’s vehicular accident and
- 15 others, including the patient’s co-passengers during the accident and some family, friends, and visitors
Swab samples have been collected from 50+ of these individuals.
