08 Apr 19 Lumbia City Jail Inmates Finish Senior High School Program Of CDO & DepEd
Mga higala! 19 Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) from the Lumbia City Jail of Cagayan de Oro City, successfully finished their Grade 11 studies under the ALS – Senior High Alternative Responsive Education Delivery (SHARED) last April 3, 2019.
6 out of the 19 PDLs were awarded With Honors for finishing the Senior High School Program without a grade lower than 90%.
According to a post by the BJMP Cagayan de Oro City Jail, this program was accomplished with the collaborating efforts of CDO’s local government unit, the Department of Education (DepEd), the Alternative Learning System (ALS), Lumbia National High School, and the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) of Region X.
