23 Nov 19 Minors Caught Inside KTV Bar @ Divisoria CDO During School Hours
Mga higala! 19 MINORS were caught yesterday, inside a KTV Bar located at Divisoria, Cagayan de Oro City.
The minors were spotted during an inspection conducted by the CDO Regulatory and Complaint Board (RCB), in line with the celebration of the NATIONAL CHILDREN’S MONTH.
