01 Apr 19-Year-Old Female Student Killed By Male Neighbor @ Balulang CDO
Mga higala! Kisseah Claire Enclonar, a Civil Engineering student of the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTP) was allegedly stabbed and killed by her own neighbor in Balongis, Brgy. Balulang, Cagayan de Oro City!
According to a statement from USTP, Enclonar died while “defending her honor”.
The incident happened last March 29, 2023.
Enclonar’s family, friends, and her school are now asking for justice!
(The suspect is said to be in hiding. An investigation is now ongoing.)
