20 Nov 2 Brothers Killed In Motorcycle And Van Collision In Misor

In an article posted by Bombo Radyo Cagayan de Oro, police officers will file reckless imprudence resulting in multiple homicides to the delivery van driver involved in a road accident last Thursday, November 16 in Barangay Hermano, Balingasag, Misamis Oriental.
This was after the accident resulted in the death of Reno Salazar and Richard Salazar in a van and motorcycle collision.
According to PO2 Alfonso Capuyan of Balingasag Police Station, the suspect identified as Ferde Magnetico was unable to control his pace when the victims suddenly found themselves in front the vehicle, which caused the accident.
Magnetico defended himself, the accident was due to the slippery road making him unable to handle the vehicle well.
Further, the suspect will not be imprisoned unless the suspects’ family and the operator can settle the case in the court.
