28 Sep 2 Illegal Drug Suspects Killed in Buy Bust Operation in CdeO

Two suspects who were involved in the illegal drugs trade were dead in a buy-bust operation Xavier Heights Subdivision, Upper Balulang, Cagayan de Oro City yesterday, September 27.
In an article from ABS-CBN News Online, police operatives claimed that one of the suspects have tried to throw a hand grenade at them that is why they were prompted to shoot them.
The suspects Carmelito Salvidas from Lanao del Norte and Ernesto Bradero from Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental were also said to be involved in a number of carjacking incidents in the city and nearby towns.
At the scene of the operation, two sachets of suspected shabu, P300 buy-bust money, assorted drug paraphernalia, an MK2 fragmentation grenade, and a stolen motorcycle were recovered.
It was discovered that the recovered motorcycle was stolen at Upper Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City from a certain Marjun Saloloy.
