2 of these are new local cases from Brgy. Macasandig while the other 2 are returning OFWs.

145th. 50-year-old female, local case, resident of Brgy. Macasandig

• close contact of the 123rd case
• swabbed on July 29, positive results came out yesterday
• currently in TTMF
• close family contacts already identified and isolated

146th. 21-year-old male, local case, resident of Brgy. Macasandig

• close contact of the 123rd case
• swabbed on July 29, positive results came out yesterday
• no travel history
• currently in TTMF
• close family contacts already identified and isolated

(145th and 146th cases are considered clustering.)

147th. 27-year-old male, returning OFW, resident of Macanhan, Brgy. Carmen

• from the Middle East
• arrived in Manila on July 17, swabbed: negative
• quarantined in a hotel in Manila from July 17-22
• arrived in CDO last July 23 via plane
• quarantined upon arrival in an OWWA isolation unit where he had contact with the 148th case
• re-swabbed in CDO last July 29: positive
• asymptomatic, no comorbidities
• currently in TTMF

148th. 52-year-old male, returning OFW, resident of Macanhan, Brgy. Carmen

• from the Middle East
• arrived in Manila on July 16, swabbed: negative
• quarantined in a hotel in Manila from July 16-21
• arrived in CDO last July 22 via plane
• upon arrival, patient was quarantined in an OWWA isolation unit where he had contact with the 147th case
• re-swabbed in CDO last July 29: positive
• asymptomatic
• currently in TTMF
