04 Sep 2 Teenagers Dead, 14 Injured In Another Bomb Explosion @ Sultan Kudarat

Mga higala! 2 teenagers were killed and around 14 others were injured in another bomb explosion at Isulan, Sultan Kudarat, last Sunday, September 2, at around 7:00 pm.
Victims were identified as cousins Jan Mark Palencia Luda, an 18-year-old who died on the spot, and Marialyn Luda, 15 years old, who died yesterday after a critical operation to remove the remaining shrapnel in her body.
According to reports, the incident was caused by an improvised explosive device (IED) placed between an internet cafe and a department store, which is a few hundred meters away from where a bomb killed three people and wounded more than 30 others last week.
