18 Jan 21-Year-Old From Bukidnon Goes Viral For Amazing Jose Rizal Painting
Mga higala! Remuel dela Cruz, a 21-year-old from Kalilangan, Bukidnon, has recently gone viral for his extraordinary oil painting of Dr. Jose Rizal!
According to his post, the said painting was supposed to be an entry for an Oil Painting Contest in Cebu. However, due to the effects of Typhoon Odette last December, he failed to submit it in time.
