10 Oct 3 Men Arrested Inside Motel @ Osmeña-Luna Streets CDO For Prostituting 10 Minors
Mga higala! 3 male suspects were arrested last October 5, 2018, inside a motel located at the Osmeña-Luna Streets of Cagayan de Oro, for the alleged sexual exploitation, trafficking, and prostitution of 10 minors.
7 of the victims are female, while 3 are male, all ranging from the age of 15 to 17 years old.
According to Sunstar CDO, the suspects were identified as J.R. Serina and Alexander Clamares, both 19 years old and residents of Calaanan, Canitoan, and 18 years old Mario Entolon of Macanhan, Carmen.
The suspects and victims were seen staying together inside one room, and bottles of intoxicating liquor and condoms were discovered.
In a statement, Regulatory and Complaint Board (RCB) team leader- Antonio Resma Jr., said that they conducted the arrest together with the City Social Welfare Department (CSWD) and Police Office Station 2 due to a complaint from parent regarding her child who was not able to return home for months and is said to be staying in the motel.
