16 Jul 3 Million Worth Of Smuggled Ukay-ukay From Korea & Thailand, Destroyed in Cagayan de Oro
Mga higala! The Bureau of Customs (BOC) has recently confiscated and destroyed containers of smuggled ukay-ukay in the port of Cagayan de Oro City worth P3 million. The ukay-ukay (used clothing) items were illegally imported from Korea and Thailand via misdeclaration, together with tons of refined sugar which also amounted to millions of pesos.
