• from Mactan, Cebu
• arrived in Laguindingan on July 22 via air travel
• fetched and placed in CDO isolation unit
• swabbed on July 28
• results came back positive on July 29
• experienced sore throat on July 27
• a known asthmatic
• for transfer to a TTMF
