1. Authorized Person Outside Residence (APOR), retagged to Cebu
- arrived last June 16, 2020, in Cagayan de Oro via sea vessel
- placed in a city isolation unit upon arrival
- swabbed on June 24,
- results came back positive on June 28
- investigation ongoing
2. Authorized Person Outside Residence (APOR), retagged to Manila
- uniformed personnel
- arrived via a normal flight at Laguindingan
- swabbed on June 24
- results came back positive on June 28
- asymptomatic
3. 19-year-old LSI (30th case) from Brgy. Puerto
- worked in a mall at Makati City
- arrived in CDO last June 16
- placed in a city isolation unit upon arrival
- swabbed last June 24
- results returned positive on June 28
- asymptomatic
4. 47-year-old Returning OFW (31st case) from Brgy. Nazareth
- arrived in Manila last June 4
- arrived in CDO last June 10 and placed on an isolation unit
- swabbed on June 24
- quarantine period ended and discharged on June 25, returned home
- results came back positive on June 28
- currently asymptomatic
- now returned to a city isolation unit, family also quarantined
- focused containment to be implemented in their area in Nazareth
