It has been known that 20% of the seats in the House is 59.5 or 60 seats for allocation. Thus, they are appealing that the NBOC should merit Gabriela 3 seats instead of 2.

Comelec Commissioner Christian Lim said that the Comelec en banc will handle the party-list organizations’ proposals next week to change their lists of nominees before certifications will be given.

The Party List system has been created to properly represent marginalized sectors and groups in the House of Representatives.
