16 Dec 4th Most Wanted in CDO Drugs Watchlist Arrested in Barangay Macabalan
Last December 14, 2016, Wednesday, the 4th most wanted in Cagayan de Oro’s drugs watchlist was arrested in a buy-bust operation conducted by the authorities in his own home in Parola, Barangay Macabalan.
Identified as John Mark Maandig aged 33, confiscated from him were sachets of suspected shabu estimated to worth P2,500.
Maandig was pointed out by “Tokhang” surrenderers as their drug supplier.
