Mga higala! The 8-year-old boy drowned and went missing at the Cagayan de Oro River, along the Brgy. Carmen area (Zone 7, Acacia Street) has finally been found!

The boy was discovered in Brgy. Macabalan and was pulled out of the water by the Coast Guard and CDRRMD-Oro Rescue.

ICYDK, he drowned last January 14, 2023, and was only found today, January 16.
