09 Nov 9 Stragglers Killed By Military Forces In Marawi City

In an article posted by Bombo Radyo Cagayan de Oro, the military forces stationed in Marawi City killed nine stragglers of the Maute terrorist group including the cousins of Maute leaders, Omar and Abdullah Maute.
According to the Joint Force Ranao Deputy Commander Col. Romeo Brawner, the stragglers were only forced to go out of their hiding place to look for food.
Col. Brawner assured that they will keep an eye on the other stragglers in the main area so that they will not be able to flee the City.
Furthermore, the clearing operations of the government still continuous in the main battle area to ensure that there are no remaining Maute-ISIS members and supporters.
