90,000 Names For ECQ Special Ayuda In CDO In Need Of Updating Due To “Discrepancy”

Mga higala! After finding a discrepancy in the initial list for the ECQ Special Ayuda in Cagayan de Oro City, the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) of Region 10 has decided to extend the encoding of profiles of beneficiaries to update about 90,000 names!

This move was decided after they received complaints from some households that they only received P1,000 even when they have 4 or more members in the family. This was because only the heads of said households were on the list and their family members were not included.

(ICYDK, a maximum of P4,000 can be received per ECQ-affected family.)

The said discrepancy was found by CDO’s City Social Welfare and Development (CSWD) office.
